This appeal is listed for orders on default as pointed out by the Registry that the appeal is not maintainable.

This appeal is filed against the order of Learned Single Judge whereby the Learned Single Judge rejected the application filed by the Appellant/writ Petitioner for staying the operation of the transfer order.

We are not going into the merits of the case. The Learned Single Judge has only decided that no case for grant of interim relief is made out. In case the writ Petitioner finally succeeds, he can be posted back at his place of posting. 4.

In view of the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006, the appeal is not maintainable. It is accordingly rejected.
