1. Petitioner has a grievance that the Municipal Corporation, Raipur is developing a garden over his land. When this

matter was taken up for hearing on 30th May of 2018, respondent-Corporation's advocate was allowed time to seek instructions whether they would be making fresh demarcation.

2. Today Shri Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel for the Corporation, would submit that if the corporation intends to develop garden in the subject area they will proceed only after carrying out demarcation.

3. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that before proceeding to develop garden in the subject colony of Udaya Sahkari Grih Nirman Sansthan Maryadit, the Corporation shall conduct demarcation in the presence of petitioner and members of the society.
