Agrawal Order On Board 22/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has completed his work, yet the undisputed amount which has been withheld by respondents No.1 to 5 for which he has made representation before the respondent authorities but till date no action has been taken and therefore direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's case in accordance with law keeping in view the principle of law laid down by this Court in the matter of M/s Shree Construction Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others1 expeditiously. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation, if any before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
