1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non-granting of permission for pursuing M.Sc. Nursing course in which the petitioner has got admission.

2. According to the petitioner, after obtaining permission to participate in

the entrance examination for M.Sc. Nursing course, the petitioner was found meritorious and she has been granted admission for M.Sc. Nursing course at Govt. Nursing College, Bilaspur. The petitioner has also deposited the requisite fee that has to be paid for the same by way of demand draft. Now the petitioner needs permission to pursue the further study. However, the same till date has not been decided and the matter is still pending consideration.

3. Counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to Annexure P-14 which has been recently issued whereby it is shown that the services of the petitioner have since been confirmed vide order dated 15.06.2021 as a Staff Nurse under the respondents.

4. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner so far as seeking permission to pursue M.Sc. Nursing course is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents 1 to 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
