(2) The applicant has filed this application for correction/modification in order dated 10.08.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.2201 of 2017. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in order dated 10.08.2017 passed in WP(C) No.2201/2017 directed the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Raipur for payment of undisputed amount, but since the Collector, Raipur is not the party in the petition, therefore he prays the Collector, Raipur may

be deleted in para-3 and in lieu of which Respondents No.2 & 3 be directed to incorporate in para-3 for filing of representation by the petitioner for the said purpose.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that the petitioner will file representation before the respondents No.2 & 3 instead of the Collector, Raipur for payment of undisputed amount in order dated 10.08.2017 passed in WP(C) No.2201/2017. Other contents of order dated 10.08.2017 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid modification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
