It is also submitted by the counsel for the applicant that direction may be issued to the learned court below to decide the case expeditiously. To this, counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the prayer made by the counsel for the applicant, the applicant is hereby permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with a liberty to file regular bail

application before the competent court having jurisdiction. As and when such regular bail application is filed, the court below shall consider the same on merit in accordance with law.
