Agrawal Order On Board 22/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land though has been subjected to acquisition but proceeding under Section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act has been initiated that is pending since 10.06.2014 and therefore direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to do well and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
