1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture in the writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent no.1 to take a decision on the review petition which he has preferred before the respondent no.1 as early as on 29.05.2018.

2. According to the petitioner subsequently the Board of Directors have held a meeting on the subject matter but thereafter no further progress has

-2been made and matter is pending consideration for more than a couple of years before the respondent no.1.

3. Given the limited relief that petitioner has sought for, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 to take an early decision on the review petition which the petitioner has preferred and which is pending before the respondent no.1 since May, 2018 onwards.

4. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. It shall be the duty of the petitioner to apprise the respondent no.1 so far as order passed by this Court is concerned.
