1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the in action on the part of the respondent not releasing two advance increment on obtaining B.Ed degree on his own expenses.

-22. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Education Officer has, vide its order 29.03.2017, already recommended the claim of the petitioner. However, though more than 2 years have lapsed, the petitioner has still not received the benefit of the same.

3. Given the said facts that let the respondent No. 3 & 4 take an appropriate decision in the case of petitioner so far as grant of two advance increment on obtaining BEd. degree of his own expenses, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
