1. The petitioner appeared for NEET-UG-2017 Examination. He pleads

that for two questions, the C.B.S.E. has prescribed erroneous Answer Key. Though, we had required the learned counsel for the C.B.S.E. to obtain instructions, the learned Assistant Solicitor General has placed before us a copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 12.06.2017 in S.L.P.(C) No. 17447 of 2017. Whatever be the ultimate decision in relation to the two questions about which disputes are raised by the petitioner, that will have an impact on All India basis if we were to answer that issue against the stand of the C.B.S.E. regarding the correct Key to the two questions. Under such circumstances, we would go by the terms contained in the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court that High Courts are not to entertain Writ Petitions in the matter.

2. We accordingly dismiss this Writ Petition without prejudice to the contentions.
