1. The petition has become infructuous because the tender against which the petition was filed has been withdrawn.

2. The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur is directed to draft the tender properly so that there is no further retendering is required. The Commissioner is further directed to publish the tender in brief in some national daily newspapers both in English and Hindi and the interested parties can be directed to visit the website of Municipal Corporation to get

the details of the advertisement.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
