Sam Koshy Order On Board 25.06.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 01.05.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner have been placed under suspension.

At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition may not be sustainable on account of having an alternative statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner. The appeal against the impugned order of suspension lies before the Board of Director. 3.
For the aforesaid reasons, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days from today and in turn, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal of the petitioner judiciously within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of appeal preferred by the petitioner. 4.
