This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 117 of 2021 registered at Police Station Pussour, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 457 and 354 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application and prays that Court below may be directed to consider the bail application for grant of regular bail filed by the applicant on the same day, after his surrender.

As prayed, MCRCA- 845 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned Court below may consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail, if filed by present applicant after his surrender expeditiously, in accordance with law.
