By this petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs : (i) That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass direction to the respondent State authority to consider and take action on the applications of the petitioner (Annexure P-2). (ii) Any other order that may be deem fit and just may also kindly be passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the wife of the petitioner has left without any reason on 01.11.2012. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights, which was bearing Civil Suit No.15-A/2014 wherein decree was passed on 01.03.2016 and despite that the petitioner though requested the police to register the case, the police is not complying the same.

Considering the submission made, it is completely vague and no relief can be granted in the writ petition. If a decree for restitution of conjugal rights has been passed, it is for the petitioner to get it executed. The petitioner further has submitted that the wife is remarried then the petitioner may avail the remedy as available to him under the law. No writ can be issued in the like nature of relief claimed by the petitioner. 4.
