1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.27/2020 registered in Police Station Surajpur, District Surajpur for offence under Sections 363, 366 & 376(2)(N) of the IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive his prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
