Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 24/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his land has been acquired by the respondent authorities for the purpose of widening of the National Highway No. 43, towards Ambikapur to Pathalgaon Section in lieu of which no compensation has been awarded to the petitioner till date. The

petitioner has also made a representation to the Collector, Surguja to direct the respondent authorities but is still pending consideration. 2.

Be that as it may, the Collector- Surguja is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously. The petitioner would be at liberty to file an additional representation before the Collector- Surguja for redressal of his grievances.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
