Agrawal Order On Board 28/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before respondent No.3Examination Controller, Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur for correction in his status as OBC category (non-creamy layer), which is pending consideration since 31.10.2014 and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for correction in his status as OBC category (non-creamy layer), expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make an additional representation, if any before the respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance.

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
