1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' right upon their immovable properties are being interfered with by respondents No.1 and 2.
2. Be that as it may, since the dispute is of civil nature, the petitioners are at liberty to approach jurisdictional Civil Court for redressal of their grievances and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
