The State of Chhattisgarh through District Magistrate, District Korba (C.G.) --- Respondent For Petitioners : Shri Dharmesh Shrivastava, Advocate For State/Respondent : Shri Aman Kesharwani, PL Hon'ble Smt. Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor Order On Board /05/2019 By way of this CRMP a prayer has been made on behalf of petitioner No.2 - Atish Kumar that in the order dated 06.02.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No.378 of 2005 the following observation may be added :- "On account of being a government employee, the service carrier of petitioner No.2 will not be adversely affected by maintenance of his conviction."

The prayer so made appears to be genuine and is, therefore, allowed. It is observed that the order dated 06.02.2019 shall not adversely affect the service carrier of petitioner No.2. 3.

CRMP is thus allowed.
