1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2020 registered in Police Station: Anusuchit Jaati Kalyan District Balrampur - Ramanujganj for offence under Section 366, 376 (2)(Dha), 506 & 294 of the IPC, Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 3 (2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

4. Accordingly, the Application is permitted to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty reserved earlier to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix shall remain intact.
