Perusal of the record and the pleadings of the petitioner itself reflects that the transfer order has been issued by the respondents considering the representation and request of the family members of the petitioner.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any strong case made out calling for an interference with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to approach the respondents for ventilating his grievance by making a suitable representation which in turn will be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously in accordance with law.
