The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 02.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 2908 of 2019.

The modification sought for is that inadvertently the name of the petitioner has been got wrongly typed as Abdul Habib Qureshi in the writ petition whereas actual name is Abdul Haseeb Qureshi, seeking the modification to that extent. The said prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel. In due consideration, the order dated 02.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 2908 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner shall be read as Abdul Haseeb Qureshi Instead of Abdul Habib Qureshi. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

Let a copy of this order be made a part of the records of WPS No. 2908 of 2019.
