2. Shri Bharat, learned counsel for the contemnor, would submit that the contempt has been purged. Shri Majumdar would not dispute the statement, however, he would submit that there is some delay in purging the contempt.

3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the delay in purging the contempt being bona-fide, it deserves to be accepted.
