1. Perused the P.U.D dated 29.01.2021 received from Central Jail, Jagdalpur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 03.02.2016 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Looking to the above, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.

3. Prayer is allowed.
