Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that till date no
enquiry has been concluded and therefore, further directions may be given to the respondent authorities to complete the enquiry expeditiously. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
As the Court has already given direction to conclude the enquiry, therefore no further order would be necessary. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law for compliance of the order dated 08.09.2014.
