Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that application for regularization filed by the petitioner has not been considered and decided by the respondentCorporation and notice for demolition of house has been issued.

Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider the petitioner's application for regularization within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order. It will be duty of the petitioner to file certified copy of this order before the said authority within ten days from today, failing which,

this order will be inoperative. In event of filing and submitting proof the Corporation will proceed depending upon the result of the proceeding for regularization. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
