Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/06/2016 This petition has been filed against order dated 11/05/2016 passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies.

At the outset, on the face of objection to the maintainability of the petition on account of existence of remedy of filing second appeal before the Cooperative Tribunal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy of appeal before the Co-operative Tribunal.
