This petition has been brought praying for issuance of direction to the respondents authorities for taking action against the accused in accordance with law, arrest him and file the charge sheet. 2.
It has been replied on behalf of respondent No.1, 2 and 3 that the FIR No.430/2019 has been registered in Police Station Sarkanda, Bilaspur. Investigation is being carried out and efforts are being made to arrest the accused.

In the connected case, i.e. Cr.M.P. No.1586 of 2019 filed by the petitioner in this case order has been passed by this Court canceling the anticipatory bail granted to the accused person in this case. As the matter is under investigation after lodging of the FIR and the accused person in this case has been directed to be taken in judicial custody in Cr.M.P. No.1586 of 2019. Therefore, there is no further need to continue with this petition. Therefore, this petition is disposed off with direction to respondents 1, 2 and 3 to complete the investigation of the case as soon as possible and file charge sheet.
