1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that against the order passed by this Court, the respondents have availed remedy of filing appeal. It is, however, submitted that the petitioner has already been reinstated in the matter and if the respondents do not succeed in getting interim order on the aspect of backwages, the backwages shall also be paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is finally disposed off, discharged the rule.
