By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus for production of minor daughters namely Ku. Kashish Sahu aged about 8 years and Ku Samiksha aged about 5 years, who are at present in the custody of respondent No.3-Smt Vimla Sahu i.e. wife of the petitioner. 2.

Petition perused.

Petition clearly reveals that minor children are in the custody of respondent No.3 i.e. their natural guardian. Therefore, we do not find any ground for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus.

Consequently, the petition is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum.
