1. Heard on I.A. No. 01 of 2021, application for withdrawal of the bail application.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 05.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 344/2020 registered in Police Station- Tilda Nevra, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 302/149 of IPC and Section 3(2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file appropriate appeal under Section 14 (A) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2021 is allowed and consequently, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
