Agrawal Order On Board 29/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Municipal Corporation, Korba has published notice in newspaper on 10.08.2017 that the petitioner has purchased land in question from Sanjay Pandey and Pravin Pandey without authority of law. Pursuant to which, he has made objection to the respondent No.2, but till date no action has been taken and therefore direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the Municipal Corporation is directed to

consider and decide the petitioner's objection, expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
