This is a case where the offence has been registered against the applicant for commission of offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Earlier anticipatory bail application has been rejected. After perusal of the case diary and the material contained therein, the applicant remained absconding and after filing of the charge-sheet, this application has been repeated, therefore, I am not inclined to grant any indulgence and the same is rejected.
