The limited grievance that the petitioner has sought for is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation that the petitioner has made against the entries made in the ACRs of the petitioner for the years 2017-18.

Given the limited relief that the petitioner has prayed for, let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision so far as the representation of the petitioner against the entries made in the ACRs for the year 2017-18 pertaining to the petitioner.

It is expected that the respondent No.2 shall decide the representation within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
