(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 17.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.4881 of 2015.

(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondents/contemnors to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 17.12.2015 passed by this Court.

(4) Learned counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the respondents and, in turn, the respondents shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 17.12.2015 in its letter and spirit.

(5) If the order dated 17.12.2015 is not complied with by the respondents/contemnors, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition.

(6) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
