The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to consider his case for regularization in the light of circular dated 05.03.2008 issued by the State Government.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on affidavit makes submission before this Court that till date his case for regularization has not been finalized, he is not getting any benefit and still working as daily wager employee and no communication has been made to him regarding his case of regularization.

Learned State counsel submits that matter would require verification at the end of the petitioner that whether he is still being continuing or not.

In view of the submission made by the petitioner on affidavit that he is still continuing as daily wager and without any communication as to what happened in the matter for consideration of the case of the petitioner for regularization, pursuant to memo dated 20.07.2011 (Annexure P-1), respondent No.3 is directed to consider the case of petitioner, if not already considered, for regularization in accordance with circular dated 05.03.2008 and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
