Challenge is made to order dated 21st/ 23rd May, 2016 by which representation of the petitioner has not been decided in the matter of grievance against a local arrangement.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she is presently not keeping well, therefore, the kind of job, which has been provided to her is too strenuous and she finds difficult to climb the stairs.
I am afraid, this ground cannot be entertained by a writ Court. This is a case of local arrangement where the petitioner has been shifted from one building to other building, therefore, it warrants no indulgence to the writ Court. In the absence of any illegality, malafide or serious violation of transfer policy, no interference is warranted, therefore, the petition is dismissed.
