The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the transfer order dated 15.10.2015 by which he has been transferred from Kurra, Distt.Dhamtari to Raipur. One of the ground raised in the petition is that while transferring the petitioner, the policy of the Government to keep the husband wife together at one station or nearby station has not been followed.

Learned State counsel points out that the transfer order was passed way back on 15.10.2015.

It appears that the order was passed by the Collector but the petitioner has been making representation to the authority except the Collector. Therefore, in these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order, however, if the petitioner prefers representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the Collector shall consider and decide the same within another 15 days.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
