Agrawal Order On Board 30/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.10.2016 passed in WP(C) No.2502/2016, the Collector, Mahasamund has directed to the SubDivisional Officer to submit an enquiry report, yet no action has been taken and thereafter, fresh advertisement has been issued for allotment of

the work order of "Ready to eat food" for Sector Grah Fuljhar Project, Mahasamund by respondent No.5 vide impugned order dated 10.07.2017. Against that, this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Mahasamund is directed to conclude the hearing as directed by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2016 passed in WP(C) No.2502/2016 and also consider the application for stay as filed by the petitioner, expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) For a period of one month, no further proceeding be taken. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
