Agrawal Order On Board 30/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has filed a complaint- Criminal Case No. 794 of 2012 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, is pending consideration since 22.03.2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raigarh (C.G.) and, therefore, directions may be issued for its expeditious disposal. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raigarh is directed to conclude the Criminal Case No. 794 of 2012 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
