ORDER
(Passed on 11th September, 2021) The contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute and have agreed according to the following terms:- "The respondent No.2 Bajaj Alliance Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd. does not oppose the writ petition. The writ petition may be allowed. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Claims Tribunal." The petitioner had filed this petition seeking quashment of the impugned order dated 03-04-2021 by which the learned MACT had directed the issuance of notice to the vehicle owner, respondent No.2 for obtaining security before release of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court. As it is agreed by the parties and especially respondent No.2 that the furnishing of security will not be insisted upon by respondent No.2. Hence, on this basis learned MACT is at liberty to proceed with the disbursement of the compensation amount on the basis of this compromise between the parties.
