1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved with the inaction on the part of the respondent-authorities, whereby despite having complete requisite years of service of promotion, her case is not being considered.

2. With the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, it is ordered that the petitioner may file new representation regarding her grievance of the promotion before the respondent No. 4 and the respondent No. 4 decide the representation filed by the petitioner within 75 days from

the date of receipt of the representation, in accordance with law and procedure.
