2. The petitioner has challenged legality and validity of order dated 10-06-2016 (Annexure P-1), by which, the State Government has placed the petitioner at the disposal of District Education Officer, Narayanpur, who in turn, has passed the impugned order dated 25-06-2016 (Annexure P-3), by which, the petitioner has been transferred to another school at Dhodai, though in the same block.

3. One of the main ground of challenge is that the petitioner is a kidney patient and he has been sent to remote place, whereas he is presently posted at District Headquarter Narayanpur.

4. The respondent No.2 shall examine the petitioner's grievance keeping in view the alleged illness and consider whether it is feasible in administrative exigency to adjust the petitioner in the nearby places so that he may get proper treatment

for his kidney ailment. Let it be done within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
