Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a second appeal before the respondent No. 01, Commissioner, State Information Commission, Raipur which is pending consideration since 10.02.2017 and has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the State Information Commission shall consider and decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously preferably within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
