1. Having argued the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Writ petition with liberty to agitate the ground raised in this Writ Petition in the appeal already preferred by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority, wherein, the challenge has been thrown to reassessment order for the income which was not declared under the IDS scheme 2016.
