Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to file fresh application for requisition of record from the office of Tahsildar, Manendragarh being Case No.2-A/68/02-03 and Case No.4-A/70/05-06, which have been earlier rejected by the trial Court.

(2) In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application for requisition of record from the office of Tahsildar, Manendragarh. If such application is filed by the petitioner before the trial Court, in that event the trial Court shall consider and decide the same, expeditiously ignoring the earlier rejection order.
