Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/07/2016 Though number of grounds have been raised in this petition to assail the correctness and validity of impugned order, considering that the petitioner has a remedy of filing statutory appeal provided under Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 (for short 'the Rules of 1995'), I am not inclined to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file statutory appeal against impugned order before the competent appellate authority as provided under the Rules of 1995.
