1) Limited grievance of the petitioner is that despite order passed by the Director of Woman & Child Welfare Department, respondent No.4 has not cancelled the attachment of the petitioner. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that State Government has already issued administrative instruction not to allow attachment. 3) Learned counsel for the State submits that as there is an order of Higher Authorities, the Subordinate Officer is duty bound to comply with the order.

4) In view of the above submissions, the petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 to comply with the direction and to pass appropriate order with regard to cancellation of the attachment of the petitioner within three weeks.
