1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is supplying food material to patient of the District Hospital, Ramanujganj and the petitioner's contract period has been expired. She would further submit that tender which has been issued for appointment of cater has already been cancelled, therefore, the petitioner be allowed to continue for cater.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Since the life of petitioner's contract has already came to an end, respondent No.4/Block Medical officer, Ramanujganj is directed to proceed strictly in accordance with law for
appointment of new caterer. The Collector, Balrampur is directed to ensure that caterer is selected expeditiously.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
