1. Heard.
2. The present petition has been filed to quash the advertisement dated 3-7-2020 (Annexure P/1) issued by the respondent No.2. It is contended that the advertisement has been made by Janpat Panchayat, Jhaarama on 3-7-2020 wherein Rozgar Saahayak ought to have been appointed. It is also contended
that certain posts at village Gram Panchayat Jhzaarama have been reserved for Scheduled Castes (Disabled) candidates, but in the Gram Panchayat, village Jhaarma, there are six persons of one family where four persons are adults and two are children who belong to Scheduled Castes and that too they are not disabled persons, therefore, the post reserved for Scheduled Castes disabled may be converted into other reserved candidates for Scheduled Tribes.
3. Prima facie, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be without any logic & basic substance and support. The grievance raised by the petitioner cannot be considered before the selection process is completed. At this stage, even the selection process is yet to start, it cannot be held that a particular person for a particular post would not be available in the village, therefore, the seat be converted. The submission of the petitioner is completely on the surmises and it cannot be appreciated at this stage.
4. Accordingly, the petition being devoid of merit is liable to be and is hereby dismissed at motion stage itself. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Raju
